We are currently providing support within the Harrogate, Boroughbridge & Ripon area.
We are providing 24 hour person centred support packages for Service Users with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
We support Service Users to maintain their tenancies, maximize their independence, support with Personal Care and access a full range of community resources. This is achieved through individual support planning which addresses individual’s unique needs, abilities, goals and aspirations.
We work hard to maintain good working relationships with other Health & Social Care Professionals.
