THE annual Nidderdale Festival starts on July 4 and is a real celebration of everything connected with the Dale, featuring a wealth of activities and exhibitions.
Running till Sunday, July 20, the festival is offering a chance for both locals and visitors to get to know the area and its talented inhabitants with outdoor activities such as guided walks, rock climbing and canoeing, plus the opportunity to look round Darley’s open gardens as well as visit art exhibitions, theatre and music shows, workshops and talks.
Art exhibitions will be held at various venues in the area and included is a wedding dress exhibition at Bewerley Grange Chapel.
For more information and a full programme of events, you can visit the website at www.nidderdalefestival.org.uk or ring the Festival office on 01423 712584. |
