Phil Wilson Exhibition
Phil, who recently appearded in Yorkshire Life magazine showcasing his Yorkshire inspired paintings will be showing his latest work as part of the Spring art exhibition at Chantry Gallery, Ripley.

Phil, who's contemporary style has proved very popular at previous local exhibitions is very much influenced by old fishing towns and villages both locally and abroad. Staithes, Whitby and Scarborough are a few of his favourite locations for inspiration. He also has a love for figurative work and will be showing several flamenco influenced paintings inspired by his visits to southern spain.

Colour and texture feature strongly in his work and often uses mixed media including photography, acrylics and oils.
